Saint Benedict Cross
The Holy Cross is inscribed on the medal of St. Benedict. Its effects manifest in physical healings, spiritual graces, defense against the evil spirit, and in dangers.
Meaning:
The letters located between the arms of the Cross: C S P B stand for Crux sancti Patris Benedicti (Cross of the Holy Father Benedict).
On the vertical beam of the Cross, we find the letters C S S M L – Crux sancta sit mihi lux (May the Holy Cross be my light).
On the horizontal arms, we see N D S M D. They express Non draca sit mihi dux (Let the dragon not be my guide).
